1. Who we are

Intercompany.io is an independent treasury advisory practice operated by Jakub Houser, based in Geneva, Switzerland. For any question about this policy or your data, contact hello@intercompany.io.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us:

• Contact form submissions on this site (name, email address, and message content) — these are sent directly to our inbox by your email client and are not stored in a database on this site.
• Information you share by email or during a booked call (e.g. via Cal.com), which is subject to Cal.com's own privacy policy for the booking step.

This site does not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. No behavioural profile is built from your visit.

3. How we use it

Data you send us is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule or run a call, and — if an engagement proceeds — to deliver the advisory work discussed. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use Cal.com for call scheduling and standard email infrastructure to receive messages. These providers process data under their own privacy terms; we recommend reviewing them if you book a call.

5. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to know how it has been used. Send such requests to hello@intercompany.io — we aim to respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for (typically the duration of a potential or active engagement, plus standard record-keeping periods), then deleted or anonymised.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the site or our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
