These terms cover use of this website (intercompany.io) and the general basis on which Intercompany.io, operated by Jakub Houser (Geneva, Switzerland), provides treasury advisory services.
Intercompany.io provides independent analysis and recommendations. We hold no product, facility, or platform of our own and do not receive commissions from banks, vendors, or counterparties. Recommendations reflect our independent assessment of the numbers, not a sales incentive.
Treasury structuring, forecasting models, and Web3 treasury recommendations are based on the information provided by the client and on reasonable professional judgment. They do not constitute a guarantee of financial outcome, and are not a substitute for legal, tax, or regulatory advice from qualified counsel in the client's own jurisdiction.
Each advisory engagement (a call, a scoped project, or ongoing work) is confirmed separately — by email or a written agreement — before chargeable work begins. Fees, scope, and timelines are agreed per engagement and are not fixed by this page.
Information shared with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of that engagement, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The CashPoolModel simulator and the content of this site remain the property of Intercompany.io / Jakub Houser. Deliverables produced specifically for a client engagement are licensed to that client as agreed in the engagement terms.
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Intercompany.io's liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
